Spring Look

With a little bit of sunshine & longer days we are in spring mode! I always love the changing of seasons because that means new pieces to add to my closet. When I think of spring colors I think of soft pinks, white & neutrals. It's also fun to throw in some stripes & floral prints. Here are a few things that I'm loving this season:

The cutest esparadrilles from Forever 21 & less than $20! I have a feeling I will be wearing these a lot.

I'm loving this bucket bag! It's nice to switch up the black bag & have something lighter for spring. The tassels add some nice detail. This bag is from Brave Leather. They make amazing handbags & belts! 

This eyelet peplum shirt is darling! You can never go wrong with a white shirt & this one has the perfect feminine detailing. It would be a great way to dress up any pair of jeans. 

There's many more items I'm coveting but this post might get a little lengthy ;)

8 Months

We are having way too much fun & almost forgot to post this! Hard to keep up with the changes because they are constant. Lots of giggling, backwards crawling, conversations. These are the latest newest & greatest! 

Avery loves to play with her toys (especially the musical ones), eat lots of fruit, veggies & of course snacks on puffs. She even started feeding them to Finn. Very cute to see Finn & Avery play together. Or more like Avery pulling his tail & trying to pet his paw. Bath time in the big bath & swimming lessons are so fun because there is a lot of splashing! Avery gives kisses non stop, waves her hands in the air with excitement, sits up on her own & twirls her feet in circles. She scoots herself backwards on the floor. Lots of rocking on her hands & knees but no crawling. Babbles mama & baba all day long. Sleeping has improved (knock on wood) as has napping. Yay!!! Favorite books are Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, Moo Baa La La La & anything by Sandra Boynton. Eye color is green & hair color appears to be brown with a hint of red. No teeth as of yet but in the past few days there has been a ton of drooling. Avery loves to be out & about. Smiling & staring at strangers is a hobby of hers. She's also a great little traveler just recently returned from a Tofino & Seattle trip. 

Avery you make our hearts happy! Happy 8 months Little A.
